Because your feelings are derived from your thoughts, these are what motivate you or encourage you to move on. Thoughts are the first level of creation. By having pessimistic, sad, empty thoughts regarding our life, we feel that we are not moving forward. Everything we see around us was born from a thought. The two greatest motivations for thought are Love and Fear.
Love generates thoughts of Peace, Tranquility, Joy, Optimism, Hope. Fear will generate thoughts of anger, sadness, resentment, hatred, resentment. All our thoughts are derived from our Beliefs, our habits, our Cultural Heritage, our Formal Education, the Environment, and Television. Those thoughts with which we grew up become the daily promoter thought. It is what makes us want to carry out different activities, to give a change to our whole life. The Thought of Desire is a baby thought that manifests itself day by day and that are generally positive, optimistic thoughts, and that give the necessary motivation, but that will become reality only if we apply these 4 steps: Determination, Focus, Constancy and Self-discipline.

What is truly important is to understand that the attitude we take in each situation determines our actions and feelings and it is these that determine the actions and feelings of other people, our attitude tells the world what our expectations are, it tells each person with which we have the opportunity to interact with what we expect from it, as soon as you begin to change, your environment begins to change, if your problem is the lack of opportunities begins to change what you are focusing your attention on, you may be focused in problems and obstacles and consequently your mind does not focus on opportunities.
If you have difficulties with how you treat other people, start changing how you treat other people. It is very simple: a great attitude produces good results, a good attitude produces acceptable results, and a poor attitude produces no results. You decide what attitude to have according to the results you want to obtain.
