Each month, your EBT Oklahoma Card will be replenished through the electronic benefits transfer system with the amount you were approved for when applying for Oklahoma grocery stamps. Knowing the 2018 EBT Oklahoma Payment Plan will allow you to plan your grocery shopping until the next time you top up your card.
Only your Oklahoma ACCESS Card can be used to purchase groceries from stores that accept EBT cards in your location and in the United States.

EBT Oklahoma Payment Plan 2018
Services are provided from the 1st to the 10th of each month based on the last digit of the customer’s SNAP case number.

I didn’t get any benefits on my grocery stamps this month
Once you determine that you haven’t received your Oklahoma grocery stamps for that month based on the monthly payment plan listed above, you should reach out to the help desk. You can contact the Oklahoma Human Services Department, which is responsible for the SNAP program. You can also call the number on the back of your Oklahoma ACCESS Card.
