The Food Stamps card is administered by the State Department for Children and Families and is officially known as the ACCESS Florida Card.

Florida EBT Card Balance Process
(1). Visit the ACCESS Florida website. On the website, you need to register by entering your card number directly into the registration form. Go to http://www.myflorida.com/accessflorida/ebt_acc.html
Once you are signed in, you can review your transactions and see how much money your balance is.
(2). Call the Florida EBT Card phone number:
To check your Florida EBT balance, you must call the Florida Food Stamps phone number or Florida ACCESS EBT customer service number at (1-888-356-3281).
You can find the number on the back of your card. You then have to enter your sixteen-digit EBT card number. As soon as you have successfully done this, you will be informed of your current balance on your card.
