(2). Call the Florida EBT Card phone number:

To check your Florida EBT balance, you must call the Florida Food Stamps phone number or Florida ACCESS EBT customer service number at (1-888-356-3281).

You can find the number on the back of your card. You then have to enter your sixteen-digit EBT card number. As soon as you have successfully done this, you will be informed of your current balance on your card.

(3). You can see the balance on your ACCESS Florida card by reviewing your most recent transaction receipt. The amount remaining on your EBT card will be shown at the bottom of the receipt. So it’s good not to throw away the receipt of your last transaction.
