You are working within this industry to earn some money right?
However, many bloggers still find it very difficult to make any money from their blogs. So what are they doing wrong?
When I started working in this industry I made a lot of mistakes (probably just like you).
However after a while, I realized that all I had to do to be successful is work hard to really get results.
Then when you finally understand how to work properly within this industry, you run into another big problem. How to get the most out of your blog or website from the point of view of profitability?
For example, if you made $ 680 from your blog last month, and this month you only made $ 299, it is a sign that you are doing something wrong. In this case, it is important to fully analyze this situation before deciding what to do. Remember a bad decision within this industry, it can quickly end your chances of success.
Test yourself
Are you working in this industry for fun or to make money? If you really want to make money from your blog, then you must change your approach.
It is not enough to write content every day, expecting the money to come alone. You have to sell, and sell until you become an expert marketer within this industry. If you are afraid or ashamed to sell, chances are you will never make a living in this industry.
Most people are afraid to ask their readers if they want to buy their products or services. But this stupid idea is only present in online businesses.
In an offline business, people always want to sell and sell a little more. And that same philosophy you must apply in your internet business. How?…
1.- Selling Your Services
The truth is everyone is always good at something.
The problem is that very few people know they have them, and the most incredible thing is that they don’t know that there are people willing to pay for their talent.
In fact, I didn’t realize how special I am, until I created this blog.
Have you discovered what your talent is?
Why don’t you share it with the world? And use your blog as the medium to sell your talent.
As a blogger, I sell my time and my talent. And I have to say, regardless of how great it is to work within this industry, I feel very comfortable.
2.- Selling a Product
What problem or need does your target audience have? The best time to offer something that allows you to solve problems or meet the needs of your target audience is now. Create a small report or report and sell it to them.
The truth is, small reports are a great way to make money. Instead of writing a 105-page e-book on internet marketing, you can divide it into several parts. Write a 37 page report on how to build an email list, a 27 page report on how to generate traffic to a new blog, etc.
You are going to earn more money using this strategy. And on the other hand, you will become the creator of 2 or more information products. And that is priceless.
3.- Selling Your Advertising Space
A few weeks ago, 3 companies contacted me. They were interested in the ad space for one of my blogs. The truth … Do not accept the offer, because that blog provides a specific service within the industry, and is not made to advertise.
However, this scenario is relative. If you are not selling a product or service, advertising can be a great alternative.
Obviously, you can combine the sale of a product or service with the sale of your advertising space. If you put 4-6 ads in the sidebar charging $ 50 for each, you could earn $ 200 or more at the end of the month.
This is a very good way to start. From there, you can increase your income as your blog grows, and becomes an authority site within its niche.
4.- Selling Products As an Affiliate
And lastly, you can earn income promoting products as an affiliate. Which is the easiest way to start.
You do not have to worry about operational expenses, or the delivery of the product. You only have to send interested buyers to the merchant’s page, and you will earn a commission for every sale you make.
When I started, I started promoting other people’s products. It was pretty fun at first, but now it’s pretty lucrative.
Although selling your own products or services will always be the most profitable alternative, I do not want the latter to be an excuse not to start making money with affiliate marketing.
What’s stopping you?
And what is preventing you from making money as a blogger?
