Call the Oklahoma Access Card to check the balance
You can know yours Oklahoma EBT Access card balance by phone. To do this, you need to call the Oklahoma SNAP customer service line, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Oklahoma SNAP Customer Service phone number is 1-888-328-6551
Make sure you have your EBT card number and 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) ready before you call. This is required and you must provide this information to the agent before receiving your Access card balance.
Log into your Connect EBT account
