SNAP, formerly known as the Food Stamp, is a program designed to help low-income people in Washington make ends meet by offering monthly grocery shopping benefits. How to check the Washington EBT card balance
There are basically three ways to check the balance on your Washington EBT Card.
1. Check your balance on the UCard Center website.
You can easily check your Washington Quest Card balance online by visiting the UCard Center website. To receive your Quest Card balance, log in with your user ID and password. If you do not have a user ID or password, please register for the UCard Center or activate your card.
Washington State uses the UCard Center website to manage your Quest Card online.
2. Check your receipt
You can see the balance on your Washington Quest Card by checking your last receipt from your EBT purchase. Your remaining EBT credit is at the end of your last receipt.
3. Contact Washington Quest Card Customer Service
By the call Quest Card customer service To check your Washington Quest Card balance, call 888-328-9271. However, you will need to provide your card number in order to receive your balance. Once you call the line, you will be asked to provide your sixteen (16) digit EBT card number to find out your current food aid or bank balance.
