Payment dates for the Wisconsin Quest Card
Benefits are provided for the first 15 days of each month based on the eighth digit of the customer’s social security number.

I have Not Receive my EBT Wisconsin payment this month
If you haven’t received your Wisconsin grocery stamps for that month, based on the month EBT Wisconsin Payment Plan above, you should contact the help desk. You can contact the Wisconsin Department of Health, which runs the SNAP program. You can also call the number on the back of your Wisconsin EBT card.
