Email Login Problems – CORRECTED
Broward College Students:
BC IT has run a correction process on your Office365 and BCOnline (D2L) login credentials and your current MyBC password should now work without issue. If you can login to MyBC you should now be able to use that same password to login to Office365 and D2L without error.
If your password was reset while this process was running (8/27/13 from about 11:00am to 2:00pm) you may have to have it reset to complete the sync process. If you already have a help desk inquiry, we will be attempting to contact you to insure all is well. Thank you for your patience and understanding on this issue.
